Roger Jones
Research Associate
A native Texan, Roger comes to us with over 20 years in public education and education consulting in Texas, with experience in varied roles, including classroom teacher, curriculum writer for Project Based Learning, middle school principal, human resources director, and chief academic officer roles at the central office level. Beyond public education, Roger has consulted with public school districts in Texas, California, and the Four Corners, focused on improving instruction for all students to meet their fullest academic and social and emotional potential, and providing teachers with the necessary skill sets to target their personal and professional development.
Roger has a Bachelor of Science in History, and multiple Master’s degrees, in Educational Administration and Leadership Studies, both from Dallas Baptist University, and Human Service Counseling: Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University, with additional work towards a doctorate.
