Connor Associates Visits Valor Christian High School

Connor Associates President Mike Connor visited Valor Christian High School near Denver in September to meet with 27 internal constituents. These initial interviews and meetings comprise an Internal Image Audit and Marketing Assessment. They are meant to get a sense of who the School thinks it is, what it believes it does well, and what it needs to improve to continue to grow and thrive. These internal interviews form a baseline of impressions that can be contrasted and compared with the findings of an External Image Audit.
The External Audit launched recently tells us how the School is viewed from the perspective of outside constituents the School serves or seeks to serve. Examples of these groups include the Schools’ matriculating universities, sending schools, admission funnel families, alumni parents, community influencers, and other referral sources.
When these Audits are done in conjunction with an Enrollment Feasibility Study and 2029 Forecast, prospective families are identified in a Prospect Report, and the findings from the Internal and External Audits will inform the best strategy and tactics for enrolling them.
Before getting involved in education, Connor, a former professional musician, was particularly impressed with Valor’s Music and Arts program, which features a complete recording studio. The School’s recording arts program, the Loftside Collective, is successfully launching artists into the industry. Loftside student artists have garnered millions of streams on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music through Loftside marketing and distribution efforts.
